Attention CPF Investors: New Restrictions on SGX Watch-Listed Securities from December 4, 2024
Starting December 4, 2024, CPF monies will no longer be eligible for investment in securities added to the SGX watch-list under the CPF Investment Scheme (CPFIS). This update follows the Singapore Exchange’s (SGX) latest half-yearly review.
Newly Watch-Listed Company:
- Camsing Healthcare Limited
Key Information for CPF Members:
- No New Purchases Allowed: CPF funds cannot be used to buy shares of companies placed on the SGX watch-list.
- Existing Investments Unaffected: If you hold shares of watch-listed companies purchased before their placement on the list, you may choose to retain or sell them. Participation in corporate actions will remain subject to CPFIS rules and limits.
