Keppel DC REIT Management Pte. Ltd. has announced an advanced distribution for the period spanning 1 July 2024 to 27 November 2024. Unitholders will receive 4.083 Singapore cents per unit, broken down into a taxable income distribution of 1.239 Singapore cents, a tax-exempt income distribution of 2.025 Singapore cents, and a capital distribution of 0.819 Singapore cents.

Shareholders who have their securities accounts credited with units by 5:00 p.m. on 27 November 2024 will be eligible for this distribution, which is slated for payment on or around 10 February 2025. Importantly, holders of Private Placement New Units and Preferential Offering New Units will not partake in this distribution for any earned income prior to their issuance date.

It is worth noting that this communication is intended solely for professional investors and is not for public distribution in restricted jurisdictions such as the United States, European Economic Area, and others.

Shareholders need to be aware of the potential implications of these distributions on share values. The announcement could influence market perceptions and impact the liquidity and trading dynamics of Keppel DC REIT units on the SGX-ST.
